It's never too late!

Most people see aging as the inevitable deterioration of the body that results merely from the passage of time.

The results we often see as aging are in large part a function of losing fluidity, and of the accumulation of tension and rigidity in the tissues of the body.

However it is not necessary to suffer in aging as much as most of us do. It is possibly to extend the duration of the juicy, fruitful years by encouraging and maintaining the fluidity of our physical structures.

At a simplified level, Structural Integration is a process of reintroducing biological energy to rigidified collagen in the fascia and surrounding tissue through the use of pressure and manipulation. As the fascia are returned to an optimal state of fluidity the body can regain it's normal, flexible, elastic condition. Circulation and nerve function can returned to an optimal state.

We have a choice about many of the things that seem to go on in our bodies without our consent. We can change our compromised bodies through manipulation, education and intention, frequently without surgery, and definitely without TV exercise gadgets, or fad diets.

I know people in their 60's and 70's that live like active 30 something's. Unfortunately, I know far more pre-retirement agers who live with one foot in the grave both physically and mentally. How do you imagine spending your golden years?
