What is Integration?

When the body is structurally integrated in gravity, the legs press against the ground and the expansion is felt all the way up into the lumbar spine. The head lifts as a function of the feet thrusting. The arms and legs come from the spine and everything is balanced around the diaphragm. Integrated movement becomes possible. A free breath emerges and life energy flows unimpeded through the System.

To move without resistance, in an expanded form, is also to transcend internal division, allowing for an emotional transparency and a conscious merging with the spontaneously unfolding moment of now, that point where the fullest expression of self is manifest.

Imagine how this might feel in your own body self.
