to allow uninhibited breath during walking
to release all shoulder and arm contraction during walking
to allow the pelvis to float freely in gravity
to discover where the legs actually begin
to find the ground completely with each step
I am struggling with writing a simple yet complete verbal description of this practice. I teach this practice and encourige it to be done as homework during the SI series.
