The Series Practitioner Heritage Resources

Structural Integration is a hands on, Bio-dynamic somatic therapy, performed over a series of 12 sessions. It is not a form of massage.

Structural Integration is a somatic therapy designed to work from the superficial to the "core" layers of the body systematically and specifically lengthening, reorganizing, re-educating and restoring tensegrity balance to the Connective Tissue Matrix.

SI works by bringing the body up out of whatever strain patterns it has fallen into and then re-educating the system so that the default patterns of posture and movement are optimal.

Each SI session includes, structural evaluation of posture and gait, myo-fascial and neuro-fascial manipulations , neurosomatic patterning , breath awareness and movement. The client is encouraged to do some homework as well.

Note: While I am enthusiastic about the power of the SI Series, I will take on clients who are unwilling to commit to a whole SI process. Experience has taught me that the holistic approach is by far the most beneficial one, but note able results can be achieved with remedial work. My aim is to work within your zone of comfort to help you achieve your goals.
