The Core Breathing, and the Spiral walk are deceptively simple practices. Simple in concept, they are not necessarily easy to do correctly. A small investment in time (just a few minutes a day), coupled to a real commitment to consistency (do it every day) will pay off after a even few short months.

I have yet to see a client not get valuable results if they stay with the practices for at least 3 months.
